The Witness takes place on an anonymous island, with many puzzles to solve and gorgeous scenery to view (some of which also contains puzzles, or hints to solving puzzles). Other than some bizarre soliloquies the player can choose to hear (or safely ignore), it's a pretty quiet trip outside.
@3: Firewatch is a great game, and I heartily endorse it for anyone who wants outdoor, Summer scenery (Wyoming in 1989, to be specific), but I wouldn't describe it as relaxing. I won't post any spoilers here, but the narrative has many unsettling moments, starting with the choose-your-own-adventure decisions during the opening sequence.
