$14K seems
a decimal Low.
so how are they
keeping themselves
Safe from the Citizenry
these days? have they swapped
tazer's and gun's places on their Belts?

have they packed away their illegal Gases?

"All told, it took 230 hours of labor to take down the wall... "

so Two Weeks times
THREE guys is
240 hours.

good for those
Three guys!

God, The Stranger can be insufferable. I have many issues with the Seattle cops, but with all the little jerk-offs on the Hill wanting to burn and deface property, the police did the only reasonable thing by barricading the station. $14,000 dollars to take it down seems like a bargain.

5

Assaulting citizens with riot gear and mustard gas is always very expensive.

6

4 I got some great land you would be very interested in buying! A bargain so good I should not even sell it!

7

Please also calculate the cost and carbon footprint of replacing all the broken glass, replacing broken parking meters, removing graffiti, removing the 200,000 lbs of garbage from Cal Anderson, and extra security and police overtime to baby sit the anarchist children during their 9 month of Capitol Hill occupation and self-righteous, narcissistic bullshit.

@7 -- and Forget thy
not thy $ettlement$* to a
Po-po-Wronged Citizenry!

*anybody got a Tally? not talkin'
to YOU Chamber of Commerce

9

That's about what it costs six Seattle cops to fly to DC and spend a long weekend attempting to overturn an election.

11

WHERE IS THE MANDATORY FEDERAL ADA DESIGN REVIEW???

No, I'm serious.

Major ADA violations in all this work.

12

@9 remember, the FBI released 12 more sets of pictures of people like the SPD 6, the KCSO participants etc that you as a citizen can identify and help them to a nice cozy jail cell for 20 years.

You know they deserve it.

Help them see the inside of a federal penitentiary.

13

Yeah, guess what it cost for a bunch of police overtime to respond to rioting protesters...

14

14k is like, whatever. Between one and two pennies per resident.

Really bizarre that the Stranger would go all "waste taxpayer money! Blocking traffic!" what is this, AM talk radio?

15

$14,000.00 for jack-hammers.
$140,000.00 for donuts.

Sounds about right.

16

And whose fault was that?

17

Just a tiny fraction of the millions we have spent to indulge white 20 something dudes with nothing better to do than break shit.
