But if you eat foraged seaweed, you're replacing Climate Change GHG emissions from beef cattle fed from heavily fertilized crops that use up too much water, and that would mean less drought in the West and reduced emissions, since seaweed and seagrass, like bivalves such as clams mussels and oysters, store carbon from both the air and the water, reducing GHG emissions.

And Big Oil will have the sads.

@1 - I am sure that Big Oil will figure out how to claim carbon offsets from each seaweed burger.
