All this government interference between landlords and tenants will have unintended consequences, most likely resulting in fewer homes for rent for low-income people. i.e. the exact opposite of what the rule was supposed to accomplish.

Agreed and seconded, Charles, on not flying until the COVID / Delta variant pandemic is under control. I have friends who have been, in my opinion, very brave to be traveling.

I don't know that I'd describe Delta as being "on its knees." It seems to me that they are the first airline with the stones to stand up and try to do something about our MAGAt-infested traveling population. All of the airlines have let this bullshit go on for far too long. A few people who had to walk home to Florida because they were not allowed to board their connecting flight in, say, Chicago, would have shut it down long ago.
