Did anyone else think Dan was overly harsh on the hair woman?

She only said she "kinda pushed it aside" while they were starting to make out. Then when her fingers touched hair again she told him "she would try better". She didn't totally brush (no pun intended) aside his request in the long run.

Would it have been unreasonable for her to ask him specifically what was ok and not ok? Maybe she thought holding and moving a hand over hair is not allowed, but briefly moving his long hair aside to access his face would be?

Do some actions take a little longer to stop doing than other actions? Dan mentioned touching breasts as a comparison but is that exactly the same as touching hair? What if someone didn't want their left arm touched during sex and you really tried to abide by this but once or twice you mistakenly touched the (wrong) arm?
