But if we had Privacy rights, then our State Constitution would actually be a living document, since it says we Washington State Citizens do have Privacy Rights ....

Why can't we just follow California's lead? Sigh.

Also, this bill would appear to be Carlyle's swan song as he announced he's not running again.
