The CDC says if you find a spaceship frozen in antarctic ice it's OK to open it up and thaw out any dead bodies or other biological samples you find in there.

Rich. Underpaid employees are also bearing the brunt of enforcement now as well. Also local jurisdictions can keep mandates in place if they want so king county or Seattle has that option although I doubt they’ll exercise it.

I'm pretty sure the CDC doesn't have any jurisdiction in Antarctica, nor with Norwegian research teams and whatever they happen to dig up out of the ice there...
