If I were a capitalist, I would say: "Nationalize the corporation now."

The best economic system is capitalism with a strong safety net. (That system is also the most efficient way to destroy the planet, but I digress.) But I agree with our resident Marxist on this one. In addition to the economic concerns, this is also a national security issue (like computer chips). The Europeans and Chinese understand that. Nationalize Boeing.
