I've said it before, and I'll say it again: You really need to see Debra Baxter and Heide Hinrichs's new show at Howard House. It was the hit of last week's art walk for me.

Here's Baxter's Dust Mask (catching my breath) made in alabaster (the staples are sterling silver; the dimensions are life-size: 5 by 4 by 2 1/2 inches).


And here's Heide Hinrichs's Miandra, Alyse, David, Jeff, Nolan, and Blake: America is bigger than the summer of your individual ambitions, made of soccer balls.
