The Noise for the Needy Board of Directors is thrilled to announce that Teen Feed will be the beneficiary of our 2010 festival. Teen Feed is a secular agency that provides meals to young adults (25 and under) five nights a week in the University District. They average about 40 to 50 guests each night, serving over 11,000 meals per year. They also provide crisis intervention and help homeless youth gain access to case management, healthcare, and shelter.

Teen Feed is hoping that the money from this year’s Noise for the Needy festival will allow them to provide meals seven nights a week and make connections with even more homeless youth to help facilitate the transition out of homelessness. We hope to see you at an NFTN show this June for a music-listening, beer-drinking, charity-benefitting rollicking good time!

If you would like to help us raise money and exposure for Teen Feed you can volunteer, become a sponsor, or register your band to play from our website.

Believe it or not, we are already accepting applications for the 2011 festival. Go to for more information and to submit an online application. We’ll be selecting the 2011 beneficiary next January.
