Ashburn—who has a zero rating from Equality California "for voting against every gay measure that has come before him in office"—was caught very early in the morning yesterday leaving a gay club outside Sacramento with a higher blood-alcohol level than is legal and an unidentified male in the car, as Cienna mentioned in Morning News.
