Storming the Tower has just alerted me to internet cartoonist Jess Fink's LiveJournal, much of which has to do with erotic dreams and fantasies about Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the United Federation of Planets. It's nice that she can just let her Picard freak flag fly; before the internet, this probably wouldn't have been a socially acceptable thing for her to do.
