Maple Leaf Life has the latest on the F-Bomb bandit, Shennell J. Kennebrew, a 16-year-old girl who said she received a new coat and $25 cash for using curse-laden notes to rob banks in Seattle.

The “F-Bomb bandit” believed to have robbed five banks or credit unions in seven weeks was urged to turn herself in by her father after he saw a TV photo of the robber, court documents state.

But the 16-year-old girl “just laughed at him,” according to documents charging her with four of the robberies, including the one last month at a credit union inside the QFC at Roosevelt Way Northeast and Northeast Northgate Way.

Kennebrew was allegedly told by one of her cohorts, a 40-year-old ex-felon, that she couldn't get in trouble for the robberies because she is a juvenile. According to court documents, Kennebrew will be tried as an adult.

Obviously robbing banks is wrong, and a crime, but am I the only one who thinks that getting $25 dollars and a new coat for these robberies is especially bleak?
