This speech from the Yakima Tea Party rally is a little hard to follow, but if I understood correctly Randy Ralph, 60, was saying that presidents who mess with the central bank tend to be assassinated.
After his speech, Ralph told me: "I could've mentioned Obama, but everyone already knows he's a Kenyan."
