WGME-13 (the CBS affiliate in Portland, Maine) just did a story about my demand for excommunication from the Catholic Church. You can watch the video of the story on their website—they don't have an embedding option.

WGME went to the Diocese of Portland to check on my request, and the church responded with a terse "We do not discuss individual's personal relationships with the church." Because it's sure been private up till now, guys.

I still haven't heard from the church; I'm going to escalate from their weird e-mail form (sample request to the left; click to enlarge) to calling tomorrow.
