I just wanted to drop you a quick note of thanks. I recently had one of the hottest experiences of my life and I don't think I would have ever done it if it weren't for you or your column.

A few weeks ago I answered a Craigslist ad posted by what turned out to be a very attractive young man interested in pegging. After meeting a few times in bars we finally hung out at his place last night and I pegged his brains out. It was some of the hottest sex I've ever had, and despite it being my first time, he said I was a natural (years of penis envy finally working to my advantage). I don't think I would have ever done this if I weren't an avid reader/listener.

I also live in Arizona, and there was something extra satisfying about having kinky, subversive leather sex in the same week that saw some of the most horrible legislation that's ever passed. We're making buttons that read "I could be illegal." We're trying to fight this.

You quoted a very good friend of mine in a Slog post today, Liz Sawyer, with regards to domestic partner benefits. When Jan "Alumni of Glendale Community College" Brewer signed the bill that took away domestic partner benefits, I believe the University of Arizona immediately started working on providing coverage for domestic partners in any way it could, including soliciting insurance companies independently to provide equal coverage to those who lost it. There's also a lawsuit in progress.

So, rest assured that a lot of us in AZ are still fighting, still pegging, still pissed, and still believe that we live in one of the most beautiful states in the nation. (Phoenix is NOT indicative of the rest of the state, for the record.) And I'm not asking you to take it easy on the state—please continue to read us the riot act. Without the national spotlight, this will not right itself. And I have to believe it will right itself. If not, I might as well go develop a meth habit and call it a day.

Anyway, thanks again. Don't come visit any time soon. We'll come to you.

Undocumented Pegger

Thanks for sharing, UP, and come up and see us sometime. And, hey, bring the hot peggee with you—or at least the video. (You did make a video, right?)
