We have a poetry collection, a book about a movie prop manager who may or may not have found a magical sword that will protect us all from shape-shifting dragons, a "Food-Loving Father's Quest to Raise an Adventurous Eater," and two other events tonight.

Heather Rogers reads at Town Hall tonight at 7:30. Rogers is the author of Green Gone Wrong: How Our Economy is Undermining the Enivronmental Revolution. That's not all our economy is undermining, lady.

But the reading of the night is at Elliott Bay Book Company. Sherman Alexie returns to Elliott Bay (after a 3-night absence) to read poetry with Sherwin Bitsui. Alexie swears that Bitsui is the real deal; he's a young Native American poet, and this is his second poetry collection. This should be a fun, funny, and probably profane evening.

The full readings calendar, including the next week or so, is here. And if you're planning on staying in and you're looking for personalized book recommendations, feel free to tell me the books you like and ask me what to read next over at Questionland.
