Andrew Keating used to make some fairly weird paintings back in the day when he lived in Seattle. He graduated from UW in 1974 and showed regularly here throughout the 1980s and 1990s, until he moved to New York.

I ran into one of his big, exuberant oddities the other day in the office of a friend:
