Word on the street is that the Supreme Court may hand down a decision on the Referendum 71 signatures case as soon as next week. Nerds following the case would enjoy Tom Goldstien's analysis of the oral arguments. He says that while the court looks likely to reject a lower court's decision to seal the petitions "it does not follow, as some have thought, that the courts will in fact allow the lists of petition signatories to be released. In fact, I think there is a significant chance they will not."
