I celebrated the Fourth of July with an early morning Sunday brunch at the 5 Spot, where the menu is currently featuring the flavors of Seattle. I had the Cafe Mocha French Freedom Toast: "Thick cut brioche dipped in a chocolaty-coffee custard, griddled and embraced by espresso/hazelnut syrup, whipping cream & coco nips."

It was incredible.
