In an amazing bit of synchronicity, Capitol Hill's own CakeSpy today just posted her recipe for homemade pudding pops, including a delicious-looking pistachio chocolate two-tone flavor.
I'm fairly certain that Jell-O Pudding Pops are no longer available in stores—there was a revival in 2004 that I think was short-lived—so this is as close as you'll get to Bill Cosby's original recipe. Make them now, before the heat kicks back in!
