As Cienna's reported, the City of Seattle says there's not one work of art on the streets of Seattle. You know, because it's graffiti. Meritless, meritless graffiti.

Here's one of those meritless spectacles, this one on Second Avenue between Virginia and Stewart. The horror. Get it down immediately before it lowers somebody's property values.
