In my True Blood post below, a commenter seeking to provide evidence of the show's vast homo-friendliness writes:

There has already been a mano-a-mano dream sequence this season.

I'm assuming the commenter meant "man on man," but mistakenly used the Spanish phrase for hand-to-hand.

Or maybe he's a hand fetishist, and means exactly what he wrote.

Whatever the case, I've heard plenty of other people misuse mano a mano, and while it would be great if all Spanish words were just English words with an "o" at the end, this is not the case.
