Spring Hill in West Seattle is debuting a brand-new happy hour menu today. It'll be available in their bar Tuesday through Friday from 5:45 to 7 pm.

Bethany praised Spring Hill back in 2008, saying: "While West Seattle's finer-dining arrival has been serially heralded for several years now—see Ovio Bistro/O2 (now closed), Blackbird Bistro [update from Bethany: also closed], Beàto [ditto], Ama Ama [closed too!]—nothing has achieved destination status. Spring Hill will."
