In what's becoming a hallmark of Patty Murray's campaign, our state's senior Democratic Senator happily dives into complicated issues during interviews (even if they're somewhat snoozy issues, like the relatives size of subsidies for airplane manufacturers in different countries); waits for Republican Dino Rossi to trap himself in a politically unwise statement on said snoozy issues (which, in a gift to her, he's done more than once); and then, presto, a commercial like this one (which Murray has plenty of money to air all over the state).
