It's kind of a light day for readings.

The library is hosting Thrilling Tales at noon, in which expert readers will read a creepy story by Ray Bradbury to you. Bring a brown bag and listen to a story on your lunch break. (Later in the day, the library is hosting Dinaw Mengestu, whose How to Read the Air is a novel about a young man who goes on a road trip.)

University Book Store hosts Dorie Greenspan tonight. Greenspan, who was reportedly "a favorite of Julia Child," reads from Around My French Table, which contains purportedly "easy" French recipes.

And at Town Hall, it's time for Roger Pielke. The Climate Fix: What Scientists and Politians Won't Tell You About Global Warming says we need a "revolution" to fix climate change. Please note that this is not a reLOVEution, Ron-Paul-style, so leave your banners at home.

The full readings calendar, including the next week or so, is here. And if you're planning on staying in and you're looking for personalized book recommendations, feel free to tell me the books you like and ask me what to read next over at Questionland.
