You can't outspend the $16 million that the American Beverage Association—the lobby for soda companies—is pouring into the campaign to repeal taxes on soda, bottled water, and candy. But you can make a better ad than the soda lobby's made-for-TV whopper.

And when you do make a better ad, you can win $1,107 from the No on I-1107 campaign, which is running a contest to see who makes the best TV spot. The deadline is October 26.
