It’s the new menu at Thai Curry Simple on Capitol Hill (the first shockingly delicious/affordable TCS is in Chinatown), which is opening today in the shack at 12th Avenue and East Madison Street. To start, it’ll be open on weekdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on weekend nights from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., says co-owner Mark Pinkaow.

Originally, it was going to be serve all veggie food, but Pinkaow says they were bombarded with meat requests so they tossed in some animal stuffs. But the menu could change.

The basics: The curries are made of freshly mashed spices from Thailand; you get your choice of brown rice or jasmine rice; outside of the shack are a few of TCS's signature birdhouses; Mark and co-owner Picha are the nicest humans on the planet; and YAY!
