For this year's Regrets issue, we turned over our news page to the subjects of our most pointed criticism—Tim Burgess, Elizabeth Campbell, Tim Eyman, Mike Heavey, Rob McKenna,Tom Rasmussen, a Tea Party activist, a neighborhood activist, and others—to let them say what they regret most about our coverage. Hint: They weren't super-thrilled.

For example: "After reading in your endorsement issue that my 'only qualification was being shot out of a state senator's balls,' I, Mike Heavey, regret that the SECB did not factor in my second greatest qualification: my boyish good looks. I also regret not blowing more members of the SECB."

Also, we didn't make this up—it's really these people in their own words. Read the whole pride swallowing thing.
