Make a note of it, Mike Miser, author of this e-mailed complaint to the LA Times over its "extreme non-observance of this holy holiday" (this holy holiday being Christmas, and the LA Times' offense being that it didn't wish readers a Merry Christmas on the front page).
As a Christian I ask that God forgive you for your avoidance of any recognition of Christ's birthday.
In response to Miser and others, the paper's public editor notes, diplomatically, that "The Times generally does not issue greetings on the front page."
