Because I just asked the City of Seattle, and it responded, "Who?"

(Seriously... try this game at home. Ask folks to name all the Seattle City Council members, and see how many of them come up with Harrell. This guy's been on the council for over three years, and the last poll I saw had his name ID at like seven percent or something.)
