Bobby Forch, who has worked in the Seattle Department of Transportation for 600 years and unsuccessfully ran for Seattle City Council in 2009, is announcing today that he'll run this year against incumbent Jean Godden. His priorities: A light-rail measure on the ballot, unhooking Seattle property owners from cost overruns on the deep-bore tunnel, and instilling greater police accountability.
