Two things.

1. Have you heard about Arts and Crafts, the new musical co-written by Justin Bond, Sandra Bernhard, and Jake Shears of the Scissor Sisters? It's about two cousins (one a born-again mother in the Midwest, the other a small-town gay who moved to the big city) who reunite at some family event and, according to the website at Joe's Pub, learn that "ideology doesn’t mean much when stacked up against art, love, and really good acid.” It will have two readings in March. You can hear bits of it here (look for audio links on the right side of the page).

2. Local playwright Brendan Healy (Annex Theater produced his The Secret Recordings of Lenin to His Lost Love, Mary Anne of Topeka, Kansas: A Revolution in Nine Rounds back in 2007) would like your help with a project. He's collecting stories about people's online lives—Facebook, Craigslist, YouTube, Slog, etc.—for a script. He explains the whole thing over here.
