NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — Stocks pared early losses and headed higher Friday, as investors cheered the resignation of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.
Dow Jones industrial average (INDU) jumped 28 points, or 0.2%; S&P 500 (SPX) gained 4 points, or 0.3%; and Nasdaq (COMP) rose 6 points, or 0.2%.
