Kris Brannon, Tacoma’s self-proclaimed “Sonics Guy,” said Wednesday he will file an initiative Thursday with the secretary of state to change the state song from “Washington my Home” to “Not in our House,” the Sonics’ fight song from the 1992-93 playoffs recorded by Seattle rapper Sir Mix-A-Lot.

“The people of Washington State were robbed of our NBA franchise, and we must keep the pressure on the league management to return professional men’s basketball to Washington,” Brannon said in a news release. “This initiative allows Sonics fans remind the league that Washington wants and deserves a basketball team."

What, this doesn't say "We were robbed"?
