I love that Etsuko Ichikawa is having her Hans Namuth moment. The film, by Alistair Banks Griffin with music by Saunder Jurriaans and Daniel Bensi, is beautiful.

Namuth's video of Pollock, from 1951, is on the jump. The whole video feature about Ichikawa, which also includes nice audio clips of her speaking, is here. It was produced by The Anthropologist, apparently a project sponsored by clothing store Anthropologie, "a company of artists."
