That title is from the comments on this lovely photo (see the whole probably NSFW thing here) of Mr. January in "Men of the Stacks," a librarian beefcake calendar. The proceeds will go to the It Gets Better Project, and the thrust of it (ha ha! I said thrust!) is to promote awareness of the diversity of librarians.

We know that the American library profession is approximately 80% White and 72% female; and we know that tens of thousands of librarians are expected to reach age 65 in the next 5 years. We also know that this is not us.

I gotta say, it really peaks in January (although check out November). But if you need a 2012 calendar, and you love the IGBP and/or hunky librarians, this is clearly the calendar for you, and you can buy it now.
