Just when you thought the nine candidates running for mayor had staked out every square inch of political platform, along comes Percy Haggins:

These posters are on utility poles all over town. He's apparently advocating universal wealth, unlimited freedom, space ships for all, legal cocaine, and that "children may have righteous sex even with adults," which gives a bad name to the rich, the truly free, dudes with space ships, those who want to legalize cocaine, and, well, pretty much the entire human race. I think the website actually advocates sex with kids as young as 9 and 10? Yeeeeeuuuuuck. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and suggest the police investigate this dude.
