So, what does the $50,000 that the hotel and restaurant workers union UNITE HERE put into a pro-McGinn political action committee buy them? Mostly, the following mailer, sent to 38,000 women voters:
Two observations. First, it's not your typical campaign mailer, which I suppose will help it stand out. Second, 38,000 women. Hmm.
