Mayor Mike McGinn has released his final TV ad of the primary season, a one-minute spot that features him talking directly to the camera.

Personally, I like these sort of calm, talking directly to the voters ads, though not all candidates can pull them off, and I've no idea if they're effective or not. McGinn's message is that things are going pretty well in Seattle, and he shares our values, so, you know, why toss him out? It's a stark contrast to the divisive and ineffective mayor his opponents portray him as.
