This is not a work of art, but it is displayed in front of the Bank of America building at Fifth and Olive in downtown Seattle. It's embedded in the sidewalk.

Perhaps it could inspire some public art in response. Perhaps an artist would like to create a project that consists of drawing a map of exactly where private property is downtown.
