If you like food, and you live or work anywhere near the two-block radius, this is REALLY GREAT news: The menu at Capitol Hill's brand-new Rhino Room is by Mark Fuller of the excellent Ma'ono (it was originally to be from La Bodega's Manu Alfau, but that fell through). And it starts at lunchtime tomorrow! (They're now going to be open for lunch!) It'll look like this:
