  • An Idaho woman was killed by a boy in a Walmart, a business that serves more than 250 million customers a week.

The Guardian is reporting that a boy in Idaho, a very red state, accidentally shot a woman with a gun she carried in her purse. The shooting, which happened in the electronics section, was captured by a surveillance camera and witnessed by a number of people. Several reports say the boy was the son of the woman he shot. The store was closed to deal with the dead body and the boy, who must have cried a lot and had in his head only a very poor idea of the fact that he would never see this woman, possibly his mother, alive again. It's reported that the owner of the gun had a licence to carry a concealed weapon. What one can expect from all this is that the boy will have the dark cloud of this tragedy over the rest of his life. He happens to live in a country that does not have so much of a police problem than a real gun problem.
