There’s a group of Seattle folks that started a neat new community-based company called Artist Home. So far, they’ve invented the Timber Outdoor Music Festival, Slack Fest (live bands playing on a flatbed truck in the middle of a racetrack!), and the wildly popular Doe Bay Fest. Their latest brainchild is Sync, a brand-new local music video festival, showcasing the most innovative videos made by local bands and filmmakers in the Pacific Northwest. Proceeds will be awarded to the best director to help fund their next film project. I wish I had two more hands, to give this idea four thumbs up.
