This documentary is about the Moshers, a working-class family in upstate New York, in a community whose economy is dominated by a Remington firearms factory. Violence courses through every member of the family. The grandfather has never recovered emotionally from the Vietnam War. His daughter was abused by her husband. His granddaughter plays gruesome video games. As for the grandfather's sister, she spends her time at a graveyard trying to communicate with the dead. There is love in this family, but the violence, American violence, overwhelms and crushes it. It's a documentary with an amazing ending.
