(MUSIC) As an instrumental band, Kinski are far from passive, piped-in Muzac designed to help shoppers pick their produce. Their muscular experimentations reject formula for deep space explorations, dip into dens of stoner rock, and pause for piquant, pastoral introspection. Tonight they're aptly paired with Japan's Green Milk from the Planet Orange, a band that make no bones about their heavy Hendrix affection. (Funhouse, 206 Fifth Ave N, 374-8400. 9:30 pm, $8.)
