Just went there for the first time yesterday! It was the only place that I could find an untrimmed beef brisket on short notice in Seattle on a Sunday.
He has a hot dog which he calls "snappy dogs" that are not to be missed. A natural casing that when grilled does snap when you bite into it. Reminds me of great hot dogs in NYC delis fifty years ago. Not cheap, but worth the price.
Other than the smoked turkey, ham, bacon, boudin sausage, andouille sausage, chicken breakfast sausage, and cleverly flat-frozen (easy storage) 1 lb. meat packs... I can't recommend anything here.
