This is right across the street from my boyfriend's place, and it's one of the few places he'll eat pizza in Seattle. He's from New Jersey and has very specific ideas about what pizza should be. This one passes his test. So, for what it's worth, it has the third-person endorsement of a picky eater from New Jersey.
