We lucked out after a long sunny day at Bumbershoot when we dropped by Canon just to see if it was open yet. Jamie had decided to open tonight with little advance warning to do a little testing, and that enable us to try to Canon Cocktail and the pork burgers, both of which were excellent. I'm looking forward to coming back often when the full menu is available.
