Please explain to me how punishing online retailers like Amazon (which actually supports net neutrality) hurts major ISPs like Comcast and AT&T. This is like trying to punish car manufacturers by not buying gas for a day.
2
By exactly freaking out Amazon and Google and Facebook...

2: Those companies are already “freaked out”, otherwise they wouldn’t be on the forefront of supporting NN along with the EFF and ACLU, so I’m not sure what else you think they can do at this point.

@3 - Bezos is one of the richest men in the world at this point, he probably has some leverage he hasn't deployed. Also, Gates. Also, the Google brothers. They're obviously not working hard enough for NN.
5
@4, thank you. they are not freaked out enough.

"The FCC is planning to open the door to making the Internet into the same awful shitty 'package' system that these same people did to television, but there's nothing we can do about it, so what you should do is give them justification by not utilizing the current egalitarian system for your holiday shopping."

5 & 6: Again, please tell us what Bezos & Co. can possibly do against three appointed FCC commissioners who have guaranteed jobs with NN foes for life.

NOPE. NOPE. NOPE.

There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions of small online businesses who depend on Cyber Monday and who are as affected by Net Neutrality as anyone. This suggestion is ignorant, misguided and just stupid. Do you really think Comcast, AT&T and their ilk are going to be impacted by a Cyber Monday boycott.

Jesus. Pull your head out of your ass Charles.
9
@8: I was just about to note that. Thank you.

Charles: research before you post.

Agreed with @8. It's especially so with Small Business Saturday happening tomorrow.

Already did my part by purchasing a hand-wired electric guitar stomp box from a small business that makes them in Oklahoma City.

"Socializing corporate profits" will end our economy, is what it will end.

Please wait...
